Booking Rules

I. Appointments and Payment

1. This Service is provided by appointment, and a booking is confirmed only after payment is completed. All transactions and service fees are charged in New Taiwan dollars (NTD). If you pay in a foreign currency, the actual amount will be determined by the exchange rate at the time your card is charged or payment is made and by the rules of the third-party payment service provider.
2. Please complete payment first. After we receive payment, we will perform your reading and arrange the most suitable date for your individual session. Each Service corresponds to specific energy and a particular theme, and the appropriate date must be selected accordingly.
3. If you live outside Taiwan, please tell us your country and time zone when booking or contacting us so that we can accurately convert and schedule your individual session time.
4. If you book a written reading, no specific consultation time will be scheduled. We will send the completed reading directly to your personal email address. A written reading generally requires five to seven business days. The actual waiting period may be adjusted depending on the number of bookings at that time.

II. Rescheduling and No-show Rules

Appointment Rescheduling Rules

After payment and booking, the original fee for every Service on this website, including all service items, is non-refundable. If you need to change the appointment time, you must pay the additional rescheduling fee below based on when you submit the request relative to the scheduled appointment:

• Eight days or more before the scheduled appointment: You may change the appointment time once free of charge. We will provide a new selection of available dates.
• Six to seven days before the scheduled appointment: An additional fee of 30% is required. The system will send a payment link, and after the 30% fee is paid, we will provide new dates so you can reserve a new time.
• Four to five days before the scheduled appointment: An additional fee of 50% is required. The system will send a payment link, and after the 50% fee is paid, we will provide new dates so you can reserve a new time.
• Two to three days before the scheduled appointment: An additional fee of 70% is required. The system will send a payment link, and after the 70% fee is paid, we will provide new dates so you can reserve a new time.
• Within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or absence on the appointment date: If you change the time within 24 hours or less before the appointment begins, or if you are absent for any reason, the original fee will not be refunded and an additional 100% fee will be charged. To book a new date, you must purchase the individual session or treatment again.

Note: All time calculations are based on Taiwan Time (UTC+8). Regardless of the country or time zone in which you are located, you are responsible for converting the time accordingly.

The rescheduling rules above apply to all customers who have paid in full, including customers purchasing a single course and course or lecture packages.

III. Emergency Appointment Arrangements and Rescheduling Rules

1. If you require an emergency individual appointment, an emergency scheduling fee will be charged in addition to the fee for the Service or course originally booked: NT$1,344, tax included, for a one-hour session, or NT$672, tax included, for a 30-minute session. Example: one-hour individual session fee = NT$3,360 + NT$1,344.
2. If the emergency booking is part of a package plan, including bundled or multiple sessions, the applicable emergency scheduling fee will be charged separately for every emergency appointment according to its duration. Example: for a package of five individual sessions priced at NT$19,800, the total fee = NT$19,800 + NT$1,344 × 5 sessions.
3. Emergency bookings are also subject to the tiered rescheduling and cancellation rules in Section II above. If an emergency booking is rescheduled or rearranged, you must pay a new emergency scheduling fee based on the applicable duration: NT$1,344 for one hour or NT$672 for 30 minutes.

IV. Service Interruptions and Attendance Assurance

1. If the Service cannot be provided due to the system or the service provider, we will assist with rescheduling and arrange another date on which the Service remains appropriate and effective.
2. We strictly follow the principle that a confirmed appointment will be attended, but an unexpected emergency may still arise in very rare circumstances. In such a situation, we reserve the right to adjust and reschedule an individual session or package treatment. If an adjustment is required, we will contact you proactively several days to several weeks in advance and arrange the most suitable replacement date and time. The new appointment will fall precisely within 1 to 14 days before or after the original appointment, ensuring that it fully aligns with your healing process and personalized energy cycle.

V. Refund and Transfer Rules

1. All individual treatments, packages, webinars, lectures, training sessions, courses, and any other products or services offered on this website are non-refundable.
2. A personal reading Service is deemed to have begun as soon as the order is placed and is not refundable.
3. A treatment may not be transferred to another person, but you may reschedule it in accordance with the rules in Section II.

VI. Newsletter and Promotions

This website offers promotions and new themes from time to time. You are welcome to subscribe to the newsletter to receive the latest updates promptly.

VII. Statement on Updates to These Terms

This website reserves the right to modify, adjust, or update any provision of this appointment and service policy, including the rules on appointments, rescheduling, and emergency appointment arrangements, at any time. The latest Terms will be posted directly on this website and will take effect immediately on the date of the update. They will apply to all bookings and orders completed thereafter.
