II. Scope of Services and Legal Disclaimer

  • Scope of Services: This website provides services related to mind-body-spirit growth and healing, including but not limited to ThetaHealing®, individual consultations, personalized analysis reports, thematic readings, online or in-person lectures, courses and workshops, one-on-one sessions and package bookings, and related audio, video, and replay services. Some lectures or courses include audio, video, or replay access. Whether a replay is provided and how long it remains available will be governed solely by the descriptions and notices on the relevant product or event sales page.
  • Prices and Foreign Currencies: The price displayed on the page when you submit your order will apply. Foreign-currency reference prices are for reference only; all actual transactions are calculated in New Taiwan dollars (NTD). Exchange-rate differences and processing fees arising from international payments are governed by the third-party payment service provider, and this website will not provide additional reimbursement.
  • Personalized Preparatory Work: The personalized analysis reports, thematic assessment readings, lectures, courses, and one-on-one consultation services offered by this website include advance preparation performed by the healer before the service begins or the report is produced. This preparation may include a client-specific energy reading, intuitive perception, personalized attunement, and customized content preparation. Completion of payment constitutes your authorization for us to begin these preparatory procedures immediately.
  • Healing Is Not Medical Treatment: The individual sessions, lectures, and courses offered by this website are intended for mind-body-spirit growth and self-exploration. They are not medical treatment, psychiatric care, clinical psychological treatment, or counseling, and they cannot replace diagnosis or treatment by a physician, psychologist, or other qualified healthcare professional. IV. Site-wide Refund, Cancellation, Lateness, and Rescheduling Policy

By completing the ordering and payment process on this website, including through a third-party payment system such as TapPay, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to all provisions of these Terms. Before purchase, this website provides clear, prominent, and specific disclosure through a checkout checkbox and the relevant page, and you actively confirm your acceptance by clicking the checkbox. Placing an order constitutes the formal formation of a contract between both parties under civil law. Both parties are bound by the following rules, and this website will not accept any refund or rescheduling request that conflicts with them:

  • Global Time Zone and 24-Hour Calculation Rule:
  • All appointment times, rescheduling deadlines, and calculations of "more than or within 24 hours" on this website are based exclusively on Taiwan Time (UTC+8). Regardless of the country or time zone in which you are located, you are responsible for converting the applicable time to Taiwan Time (UTC+8) when submitting any request. "Within 24 hours" means the absolute 24-hour period counted backward from the actual scheduled start time of the appointment. It is not changed or waived based on the customer's local day, night, or time-zone difference.
  • 1. One-on-One Consultations and Exclusive Courses (Personalized Energy Readings and Exclusive Services):
  • Exclusion of the Statutory Cooling-off Period and Right of Withdrawal (All Sales Are Final): This Service is not an ordinary, routine appointment. Once you complete an order, the healer begins the preliminary reading, intuitive perception, and personalized attunement, and then designates and reserves an appointment time tailored exclusively to your individual energy and schedule. That appointment time is fully exclusive to you.
  • This process constitutes a "customized supply made at the consumer's request" under the proviso to Article 19, Paragraph 1 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act and Article 2, Subparagraph 1 of the Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind the Distance Sales. It also conforms to the "All Sales Are Final" standard under consumer protection frameworks in the Americas and worldwide. Accordingly, the seven-day cooling-off period and overseas withdrawal rights are excluded by law.
  • Tiered Rescheduling Fees: Once an exclusive appointment time has been reserved, this website devotes dedicated effort to it and declines other booking opportunities on an exclusive basis. If you need to change the appointment time for personal reasons, you must pay the applicable processing fee based on when the request is submitted, calculated according to Taiwan Time (UTC+8). The new appointment time is confirmed only after payment is completed:
  • Requested eight days or more before the appointment date: One appointment-time change is free of charge.
  • Requested six to seven days before the appointment date: A rescheduling fee equal to 30% of the original service fee is required.
  • Requested four to five days before the appointment date: A rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the original service fee is required.
  • Requested two to three days before the appointment date: A rescheduling fee equal to 70% of the original service fee is required.
  • Emergency Appointment Arrangements: If an emergency individual appointment is required, an emergency scheduling fee of NT$1,344, tax included, will be charged in addition to the standard session fee. For a package plan, including bundled or multiple sessions, a separate NT$1,344 emergency scheduling fee, tax included, will be charged for each emergency arrangement.
  • Late Arrival Policy (No Extension for Time Lost Due to Lateness): Customers must attend scheduled individual consultations or courses on time. Regardless of the length of the delay, all late time will be counted as part of the originally scheduled appointment. The service will still end at the originally scheduled time and will not be extended, made up, supplemented with an additional lesson, or refunded.
  • No Refunds or Changes Within 24 Hours (Liquidated Damages): If you cancel at short notice, request a change of date or time, or fail to attend on the day of the appointment within the 24-hour period before the scheduled appointment time in Taiwan Time, both parties agree that this website will charge 100% of the service fee as compensation for the loss from the unused exclusive time, loss of exclusive booking opportunities, and customized intellectual labor. The percentage constitutes liquidated damages agreed upon by both parties and is objectively consistent with the principle of proportionality.
  • For a package plan, including bundled or multiple sessions, an appointment canceled at short notice or missed will be deemed fully performed. The amount corresponding to that individual session will not be refunded and may not be transferred, rescheduled, or applied as credit toward any other product or service on this website.
  • 2. Lectures and Live Courses (Collective Energy Downloads and Events on Specific Dates):
  • Exclusion for Services on Specific Dates: The date and subject of this Service are established after the healer conducts advance energy readings, receives intuitive information, and designs the core content for the collective session based on the needs of a specific time and setting. A specific event date and time are then scheduled. The core value of this Service is the real-time energy attunement and professional guidance delivered at that specific point in time. It constitutes a "service bound to performance on a specific date" under Article 2, Subparagraph 2 of the Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind the Distance Sales and, once completed, cannot be relisted, rescheduled, or resold.
  • Short-notice Cancellation and Late Arrival Restrictions: Regardless of whether the event has an attendance limit, if you request cancellation or a change within 24 hours before the lecture begins, calculated in Taiwan Time (UTC+8), this website will charge 100% of the total fee to cover administrative costs and the loss of a seat reserved for a specific date. This percentage constitutes liquidated damages agreed upon by both parties. No refund, ticket refund, or transfer to another session will be accepted. Late attendees may join for the remaining time only, and no additional time will be provided.
  • Alternative for Non-attendance (No-show):
  • Events with Replay Access: If a student does not attend an online live lecture or course on the scheduled day, this website will provide replay access for that event as an alternative. The link will be sent within 24 to 72 hours after the event ends. The service will still be deemed fully performed, and no monetary refund will be issued.
  • Events Without Replay Access: If the registration or sales page for a lecture or course clearly states that no replay will be provided, a student who is absent or arrives too late to participate will be deemed to have voluntarily waived the right to that Service. The Service will still be deemed fully performed. This website will not provide a make-up class or audiovisual content and will not issue any refund or credit.
  • 3. Refund Rules for Multi-session Courses:
  • Request submitted eight days or more before the first class begins: 90% of the total amount paid will be refunded, unless otherwise stated on the sales page.
  • Request submitted within seven days before the first class begins: No refund will be issued.
  • After the course begins: The Service has formally entered the performance stage. No mid-course refund, transfer, or prorated refund will be accepted.
  • 4. Lecture Replays and Personalized Reading Reports (Digital Content Not Supplied on a Tangible Medium):
  • Exclusion of Cooling-off Period and Refunds for Digital Content (Digital Content - Final Sale): This Service falls within Article 2, Subparagraph 5 of Taiwan's Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind the Distance Sales, the U.S. FTC rules governing digital-content licensing, and Article 16(m) of the EU/UK Consumer Rights Directives, which expressly address “digital content not supplied on a tangible medium or online services that are fully performed once begun.”
  • Performance Stage and Termination of the Right of Withdrawal: Within 24 to 72 hours after you complete the order and payment, this website will activate viewing access or send a video or report viewing link by email. A contract is formed between both parties when payment is completed. Once this website sends the viewing link, the Service enters the performance stage, and the seven-day online-shopping cooling-off period and the overseas 14-day right of withdrawal are immediately and fully excluded by law. After purchase, this product cannot be canceled or refunded in any form, and its payment cannot be applied as credit.
  • 5. Installment Plan Rules:
  • If a customer who selects an installment plan requests cancellation or termination during the installment period, or fails to continue paying installments as agreed, all amounts already paid will be applied toward the consultation work previously performed, the exclusive appointment time reserved, or the services already provided and will not be refunded. All remaining unpaid installments must be paid in full in a single payment in accordance with the agreement.
  • 6. Customer Responsibility for Providing Information:
  • Customers must provide the correct year, month, and date of birth, the exact time of birth to the minute, and the city or place of birth. If incorrect information provided by a customer results in an inaccurate report analysis or consultation, this website will not be responsible for reproducing or correcting the work or issuing a refund.

V. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

  • Ownership of Intellectual Property: All content published on this website, including but not limited to articles, reports, lecture and course content, audio, video and replay materials, page designs, and text, is the intellectual property of A FIELD OF RAIN LILIES COMPANY and the respective creators.
  • Replay Access and Availability Period: Video replays are provided only for the purchasing customer's personal and non-public viewing. The viewing period is governed by the description on the relevant product page. A video stated to have no viewing deadline may be viewed an unlimited number of times while this website remains in operation. If a third-party video platform discontinues service, a technical force-majeure event occurs, or this website changes its operating model, this website will provide advance notice and a reasonable alternative arrangement. Such circumstances will not constitute a breach of contract.
  • Prohibited Conduct, Including Audio and Video Recording: Without prior written authorization, screen recording, downloading, audio recording, video recording, screenshots, copying, republication, public transmission, public distribution, resale, and commercial use are strictly prohibited. To protect the privacy of all participants and the healer, private audio or video recording is strictly prohibited during online or in-person individual sessions and courses.
  • Absolute Confidentiality of Individual Session Content: Any personal information, emotional or spiritual condition, and conversation content you share during an individual consultation will be kept strictly confidential. It will never be used as a public case study or marketing material unless we have obtained your explicit prior written consent.

VI. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • The interpretation and application of these Terms, and any dispute arising from them, will be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
  • The parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court will have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute arising from the Service or these Terms, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
