What should I prepare for my first session?
1. Please download the Zoom app in advance.
2. Prepare a quiet, private space where you will not be interrupted.
3. If you plan to use headphones, please test everything before the day of your appointment: check that you can log in to Zoom, that your headphones let you speak and hear clearly, and that your camera works.
Sessions finish at the scheduled time, so testing your equipment beforehand keeps technical problems from cutting into your healing time.
Are sessions online or in person? Which platform is used?
All sessions are held online over Zoom.
In case the connection is unstable on the day, we suggest adding our official account beforehand as a backup channel:

How is the appointment time arranged after payment?
Once we have confirmed your payment, your practitioner will select dates and times suited to the theme and send them to your email. After you choose, we will hold that time slot for you.
How long does payment confirmation take?
Around 5 to 7 working days.

Can healing or astrology replace medical care?

"Currently, PayPal payments are only accepted from non-Taiwanese accounts.Due to Taiwan's financial regulations, PayPal does not support transactions between two Taiwanese accounts.
